TEST & TUNE / RACE YA MATE – SATURDAY 1 AUGUST 2020

*Note – COVID-19 restrictions will be in place for this event and all attendees will be required to follow the directions of event organisers.  Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises.

At this event, competitors can come along and get as many runs in as they can, with no formal race structure in place.  Test your car or bike against the clocks or line up against your mate, it’s all about practice and data for the serious, or just a bit of fun for the not-so-serious.  Nominate your car or bike below.

Just want to spectate? No worries, we have shaded viewing areas, food and a bar. Take in the sights and sounds of the region’s fastest cars and bikes giving it all they’ve got down the quarter mile. See below for details on prices, times, etc.

Event details are as follows:

Times

Gates open 9am
Scrutineering from 9:30am – 12:30pm
Driver’s briefing 11:30am
Racing from 12pm – 8pm

Prices

Competitor (non member) – $100
Competitor (member) – $80
Junior Dragster – $70
Note – a late fee of $30 applies to nominations after midnight on the Wednesday night before the event.
Pit Crew (non member) – $15 (limits apply based on vehicle)
Pit Crew (member) – $5 (limits apply based on vehicle)
Camping – Free for entrants, pit crew and spectator members, $10 for all others
Spectator – $20 adult non-member, $10 adult member, $10 child (5-15), free for children under 5, $50 family (2 adults + 2 children) plus $10 discount per adult member
Spectator, camping and pit crew passes are to be purchased on the gate.

General

Camping available Saturday night.
Bar and food available.
BYO alcohol allowed in camping area only (not in licensed viewing areas).  No consumption of alcohol in pit area during racing hours.
